Luttrell House is a premier semi-detached house situated in the Garden Village area of Richmond in the Swaledale area of Yorkshire. To the outside is off road parking for four cars and a courtyard garden with hot tub, patio, furniture and barbecue. Smart TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove and fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request, please bring own bedding. Off road parking for 4 cars. Courtyard garden with 6-seater hot tub, patio, furniture and BBQ. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops and pubs 5 mins walk. Note: A chef service is available, at additional cost, please contact the owner for more information. Note: Hot tub available until 10pm. Note: First floor double bed is accessed from one side only. Note: Check in 5pm and Check out at 10am. Note: Please note that this property is in a residential area- please keep noise to a minimum after 10pm -Thank you.
