Also inside there is an open-plan living area with a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with a woodburning stove. To the exterior there is plenty of off road parking, a courtyard with furniture and a raised lawn with furniture. Constance is a cosy retreat in a wonderful part of Cornwall.

A town in the Fowey River Valley, Cornwall. There are shops, pubs, restaurants and a farmers' market. Lanhydrock House NT and Gardens is nearby, while the Boconnoc House, Eden Project, shipwreck museum and tall ships harbour at Charlestown, and the fishing villages of Mevagissey, Fowey and Padstow are all within driving distance.
