Rose cottage is a delightful detached cottage located in the village of Ashford-in-the-Water on the banks of the River Wye. It is just two miles from Bakewell and a very short walk to the centre which has a choice of pubs and tea rooms, as well as the village shop. The cottage can sleep four people in two double bedrooms. There is a kitchen, sitting room with dining area and open fire. Head outside and there is off-road parking for two cars. To the rear of the property is an enclosed courtyard, and to the front of the property is a bedded garden area. Rose Cottage is perfect for a family or a group of friends looking to explore the Peak District National Park.

The village of Ashford-in-the-Water is just two miles from Bakewell, at the heart of the Peak District National Park. The nearby town of Bakewell offers a variety of shops, restaurants and pubs, together with frequent local farmers' markets. There are many stately homes to visit, including Chatsworth House and Haddon Hall, or explore the Dark Peak and limestone White Peak, all within easy reach.
