Oil central heating. Electric oven and halogen hob, microwave, fridge, TV with Freeview, WI-FI and DVD player. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 1 car. Lawned garden with patio and furniture. Access to a dog walking area/paddock. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 4 miles, pub 1.5 miles. Seasonal shop on caravan site 2.5 miles. Note: There are two steps down to access the property and one step up into the bedroom.

Tavistock is a delightful, award-winning market town on the River Tavy, on the edge of the Dartmoor National Park. The town offers an indoor pannier market, a number of shops, and a choice of pubs, bistros and restaurants. Wonderful walking and cycling can be enjoyed in the area, plus there are National Trust properties nearby. Within driving distance is the city of Plymouth, Torbay, and the North Cornwall coast.
