Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 4 cars. Front and rear lawned gardens with patio. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2.8 miles, pub 10 mins walk. Note: Property is near the main road, children and pets to be supervised on the lawn. In addition there are 27 acres of land adjoining the cottage to use for dog walking. Note - Maximum of 3 infants up to the age of 2 years old accepted. One travel cot is available at the property.
