This first floor accommodation is part of an old carriage house in Cromford, Derbyshire that can sleep five people in two bedrooms. All first floor. Two bedrooms: 1 x family room with 1 king size double (zip/link on request) and 1 single with en-suite bathroom with a massage jet shower over bath, basin and WC. 1 x twin (zip/link, can be king sized double on request) with en-suite massage jet shower, basin and WC. Open-plan dinning kitchen with dining area (seats 8) and sitting room. Sitting room with 2 x sofa beds.
The Carriage House sits on the first floor of a converted building in Cromford, Derbyshire. It includes two en-suite bedrooms made up of a family room sleeping three people and a twin room with zip/link beds, it can sleep five people. Inside, it also has an open-plan living area with a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area. Outside, you will find off road parking for three cars and a gravelled area with furniture and a barbecue. The Carriage House is a beautifully finished, characterful cottage in an excellent location for exploring Derbyshire and the Peak District.

Bluetooth Stereo with DAB, CD player, Aux and USB. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available. Off road parking for 3 cars. Pebbled area with furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 4 minute walk. Note: Low doorway into en-suite in the family bedroom.
