Overview
This lovely detached cottage is situated in the village of Dale near Haverfordwest and sleeps ten people in four bedrooms. Four bedrooms: 2 x double (one with basin), 1 x twin, 1 x family room with two bunk beds. Shower room with shower, basin and WC. Ground floor shower room with shower, basin and WC. First floor toilet. Kitchen. Dining room (seats 12). Sitting room (seats 8) with woodburning stove. Sitting area on landing.
Puffin House is a superb detached officer's house situated in the small village of Dale, thirteen miles from the town of Haverfordwest. This cottage sleeps ten people in four bedrooms, consisting of two doubles, one twin and one family room with two bunk beds, together with two shower rooms, one of which is on the ground floor. The cottage also has a kitchen, dining room and a sitting room with woodburner. Outside there's off road parking in a nearby layby and a rear enclosed lawned garden with furniture. Puffin House is an ideal South Wales family base. Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking in nearby layby. Bike storage. Front seating area. Rear enclosed lawned garden with BBQ. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 10 mins walk. Note: Access to garden is via stone steps and the garden is sloped in places, care should be taken. Note: Use middle section of layby, if full, can park by the church. Note: Max 8 people including infants.
