The Bothy is a well-presented, ground floor apartment located on the Tulchan Estate, near the market town of Crieff, in Perth and Kinross. It boasts two bedrooms; a double and a single, along with a shower room, sleeping three people altogether. There is also a kitchen/diner and a sitting room with woodburning stove, whilst outside occupies a shared garden area with seating and ample off-road parking. The Bothy provides a wonderful escape to the country. From the lush green farmlands of the Borders to the ruggedness of the Highlands, the Scots are proud of their land and identity. Scotland also has some of Britain's best beaches with glorious stretches of clean sand over which to roam.

Gas central heating with woodburning stove. Gas oven & hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, TV, WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for fire/stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for two cars. Shared small woodland with seating. One well-behaved dog welcome, though Tulchan is a working farm so dogs must be kept on a lead. Sorry, no smoking. Shop, pub and restaurants 4 miles. Note: There is a communal laundry room at this property, shared with The Hayloft. Note: This property has a local private water supply which serves The Bothy and Glenalmond College and most properties in the glen. Note: Check in time 4pm. Please note: WiFi can be intermittent due to location.

The market town of Crieff is situated near the city of Perth, on the geographical fault line where the Lowlands meet the Highlands. There are many attractions, including the Caithness Glass Visitor Centre and Glenturret Distillery with its Famous Grouse Experience. Explore the scenery at Auchingarrich Wildlife Centre, or enjoy a round of golf at Crieff Golf Club.
