Meadow Lea is a traditional detached cottage situated on the edge of the village of Pensilva close to Bodmin Moor in Cornwall. This cottage sleeps eight people in four bedrooms, consisting of two doubles, one of which has an en-suite, one twin and one child's bunk, together with a bathroom. The cottage also has a kitchen, a utility, a sitting room with dining area and woodburner and a snug. Outside there's ample off road parking, a lawned garden with patio, furniture and BBQ and an external games room with table tennis. Meadow Lea is a welcoming family base.

Gas central heating with underfloor heating in en-suite and woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel, power and logs for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Please bring your own beach towels. Cot and highchair. Ample off road parking. Bike storage. Lawned garden with patio, furniture, BBQ and childrens swings. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking or vaping. Shops and pub 8 mins walk. Note: There are steps and slopes in the garden, children to be supervised at all times. Note: No stag/hen parties or similar.
