Eco-friendly wood chip central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, 1 x TV with Freeview, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot, travel cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Front lawned garden with furniture. Access to woodland areas. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 miles. Note: salmon, trout and sea trout fishing by arrangement with owner prior to visit. We kindly request that all dogs are kept out of bedrooms. All dogs must be kept on leads at all times, if near sheep, and are not allowed in the private gardens.

"Beautiful, spacious, well maintained, well appointed cottage. Very quiet situation, in a gorgeous part of the country. Perfect place to switch off from the everyday world. Interesting walks straight from the cottage. Lots to do in the surrounding area. We enjoyed it so much that we have booked again for next year!"
