Penyrbyn is a contemporary holiday home on the coast in the Gwynedd village of Lwyngril. It comes with three en-suite bedrooms which are made up of two doubles and a twin room, there is also a cloakroom, the property can sleep three guests. Inside, you will also find a kitchen/diner and a sitting room. To the exterior of the property there is off-road parking for three cars and a decked balcony with furniture and a hot tub. Penybryn is a high-quality retreat for families, couples and friends looking to explore this beautiful part of North Wales. Underfloor heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, TV. Travel cot available. Off-road parking for three cars. Decked balcony with furniture and hot tub. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 10 minute walk. Note: There is no WiFi but the 4G signal is excellent. Note: Property is accessed onto second floor. Note: The steps are very step and young children should be supervised Note: Entrance to the property is situated on a busy road. Note: Beach is not accessible directly from the property.

Llwyngwril is on the banks of the River Gwril, between Snowdonia Mountains and Cardigan Bay. With its 16th century church, pub and riverside setting, it offers excellent walks and a variety of wild flowers and birds. Close by is the popular seaside resort of Barmouth, Dolgellau, Tywyn and Aberdovey.
