The rest of the cottage is made up of a kitchen with a dining area and a sitting room with an open fire. To the outside of the cottage is off road parking for two cars and a gravelled garden to the front. Gas central heating and open fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent, logs for the open fire can be purchased locally. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Gravelled garden to the front. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk, beach 15 mins walk. Note: No stag/hen parties or similar. Note: Property sleeps 4 people, however, only suitable for 2 adults and 2 children.

Heacham is a large village located on the West Norfolk coastline, on The Wash, boasting a sandy beach, ideal for jet skis, kitesurfing and windsurfing. The village offers a good range of shops, restaurants and country pubs. Nearby Hunstanton offers traditional seaside entertainment including a sealife centre, while The Queen's Sandringham Estate is just a 15 minute drive.

"This cottage was lovely and warm for our arrival. It was immaculately clean and well-decorated. Christmas decorations were a nice touch. Although we stayed just one night we are tempted to come back in the summer. We didn't have time, (or the weather) to explore the beach, but the village and surrounding area look very interesting."
