Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Bike storage. Enclosed lawned garden with gravelled area, picnic table and BBQ. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking and no cats. Shop and pub 3 mins walk. Beach 7 mins walk. Note: Two steps up to front door. Note: Low head height in part of dining room and double bedroom. Note: Double bed accessed from one side only. Note: Electric fire in the sitting room is for display purposes only and should not be used. Note: This property is on a main road and some traffic noise may be heard. Note: No stag/hen parties, or similar.
