This superb mid-terrace cottage is situated in the village of Llanbedr and sleeps four people in two bedrooms. Two bedrooms: 1 x double with en-suite shower, basin and WC, 1 x twin with en-suite bath, shower over, basin and WC. Kitchen with dining area. Sitting room with woodburning stove.
Y Bwthyn is a wonderful mid-terrace cottage situated in the village of Llanbedr near Harlech. This cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms, consisting of a double with en-suite shower and a twin with en-suite bathroom. The cottage also has a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with woodburning stove. Outside there's roadside parking and an enclosed garden with AstroTurf, patio and furniture. Y Bwthyn is an excellent base for a couple, small family or three friends with the whole of the Snowdonia National Park to discover. Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

Underfloor heating throughout from air source heat pump with woodburning stove. Electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Roadside parking opposite cottage. Enclosed garden with AstroTurf, patio and furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Note: There are five steps up to a raised garden area, care should be taken and children are to be supervised. Note: Check-in time 4pm.

The village of Llanbedr is situated in ancient woodland between The Rhinogs, part of the Snowdonia Mountains, and the stunning golden beaches of the North Wales coastline. Set next to the beautiful River Artro, the village has local shops, bike hire and mountain walks on your doorstep, as well as two excellent pubs.
