Ty Nant is a wonderful, semi-detached converted farm building near Llanllwni, a small village in Mid Wales. The cottage can accommodate six people in a double bedroom and a twin bedroom on the first floor. Downstairs, the ground floor is split over two levels by dog-leg stairs. On the upper ground floor there is kitchen, and on the lower ground floor there is a dining area in the conservatory and a sitting room with sofa bed. Outside, enjoy glorious countryside views from the shared lawned garden at the front, or a sit in the sunshine in the property's private enclosed courtyard garden at the back. There is off road parking available for three cars. Ty Nant is a great base for families and friends exploring Mid Wales. Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

Llanllwni is a small village community in Carmarthenshire, on the main Carmarthen to Lampeter road. Set on the edge of the Llanllwni Mountain, with stunning heathland and a large area of common land home to grazing ponies, the area enjoys fantastic views across Carmarthenshire, sloping down into the Brechfa Forest and Cothi River valley.
