Ty Fferm is a wonderful, semi-detached holiday home that has been converted from a farm building, on the owner's working smallholding near Llanllwni, Mid Wales. The property has a double bedroom and a single room on the first floor, along with a WC. On the upper level of the ground floor, there is a well-equipped kitchen and on the lower level of the ground floor, a sitting room with a dining area. Outside, there is a off road parking for three cars, a shared lawned garden to the front with stunning views of the Carmarthenshire countryside, and a private, enclosed courtyard to the rear with furniture. Ty Fferm is a wonderful getaway base for couples and small families. Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

Llanllwni is a small village community in Carmarthenshire, on the main Carmarthen to Lampeter road. Set on the edge of the Llanllwni Mountain, with stunning heathland and a large area of common land home to grazing ponies, the area enjoys fantastic views across Carmarthenshire, sloping down into the Brechfa Forest and Cothi River valley.
