Off road parking for 1 car. Enclosed cobbled garden with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 3 mins walk. Note: Due to the style of the property, the stairs are quite steep. Note: Adults only, no children.

"Richmond is lovely and this cottage is in a good location. The bed is comfortable but the downstairs room (the cottage is a one up - one down) is very cramped and less comfortable. The place was clean except for the crockery and utensils - I can understand the owners rely on tenants to keep these clean but I didn't expect on Day One having to pull-out everything we would use during the week and give a good clean. It would have been helpful to have had a telephone number for the owner as we did have a problem (the shower leaked through the ceiling to the downstairs room) and there was some delay having to go through the booking company (Sykes Cottages). This is a high-density housing area - we may have been unfortunate with the noise from builders next door."
