This traditional upside down cottage is next door to the owner's farmhouse on a non-working farm in a rural location near Okehampton and sleeps four people in two bedrooms. Over three floors. Two bedrooms: 1 x ground floor king-size double, 1 x second floor mezzanine twin. Ground floor bathroom with shower and basin. Ground floor basin and WC. First floor open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting a rea with woodburning stove. Hot Tub.
The Orchard is a traditional upside down cottage next door to the owner's farmhouse on a non-working farm in a rural location, seven miles from Okehampton. This cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms which includes a ground floor king-size double and a second floor mezzanine double. There is also a ground floor bathroom and cloakroom. On the first floor there is an open plan living area with a well-equipped kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with woodburning stove. Outside, is a front patio with furniture and off road parking for one car. The Orchard is a delightful, quirky cottage with all the ingredients to create a truly memorable holiday. Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

Okehampton is a busy market town on the edge of the Dartmoor National Park and near the highest and most dramatic areas of the moor, where Yes Tor rises to a height above 2000 feet. To the north of Okehampton are some beautiful rolling Devon hills where small farming villages nestle amidst woods and fields with plenty of gently flowing rivers.
