The kitchen includes electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine. A decked area with seating looks over the lake and woodland beyond. With shared access to a heated swimming pool and barbecue area, an 18-hole golf course nearby and two national parks and the coast beyond, Chaffinch offers the perfect base for a family holiday, particularly for keen anglers. In the heart of rural Devon, this property is the ideal get-away for the active family. Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Egyptian-cotton bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot & highchair available on request. Off road parking for 1 car. Decked outdoor area with furniture. Shared use of heated indoor swimming pool, fishing lake, games room and children's play area. Shared dog walking field. Three well behaved pets welcome. Sorry no smoking. Shop and pub 2 miles. Note: There is a lake at this property, children should be supervised. Note: Swimming pool is open approx from Easter school holidays until October half-term.
