Wagtail is a detached single-storey lodge set in beautiful Blagdon Farm. With one bedroom containing a double bed and a sitting room with a sofa bed, it can sleep three adults or two adults and two children. There is an airy open-plan living room with sofa bed, chair and a dining area, and a kitchen with oven, microwave and fridge/freezer. The wet room has a shower, basin and WC with handrails. Outside, there is room to park one car and an outdoor seating area with lovely views. It is placed next to a shared swimming pool. Located near the village of Ashwater, Wagtail is an ideal choice for those wishing to explore the vibrant counties of Devon and Cornwall. Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

Note: maximum occupancy 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. Note: There is a lake at this property, children should be supervised. Note: Swimming pool is open approx from Easter school holidays until October half-term.
