Overview
This contemporary cottage rests in Tomintoul and can sleep five people in three bedrooms. Over two floors. Three bedrooms: 1 x king-size with en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC, 1 x ground-floor twin, 1 x ground-floor single. Ground-floor bathroom with bath, shower over, basin, heated towel rails and heated mirror and WC. Kitchen/diner with reclining sofa. Entrance hall with coat hooks and shoe racks. First-floor sitting room with twin Velux balconies. Utility room with drying rack, tumble dryer, washing machine and Belfast sink (great for dog washing).

Gas central heating with underfloor heating and gas stove. Kitchen with electric oven and gas hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and internet radio. TV with Freeview and Netflix, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Dressing gown and slippers inc. in rent. Highchair, toddler toilet seat and travel cot available (please provide own bedding). Off-road parking for 3 cars. Back garden, patio with furniture, hot tub and a gas BBQ. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub within 0.2 miles. Please note: that due to lockdown the lawn was only seeded during June so the grass will be establishing in July and August 2020

Hidden within the beautiful Scottish countyside, you will find the village of Tomintoul. With welcoming pubs and divine restaurants lining its streets as well as well-stocked stocked stores and its very own local information point, this village has everything you could ever need during your stay. Spend your mornings strolling along the River Avon or exploring the Cairngorms National Park with the family. Visit the local landmarks and enjoy a whisky tour whilst in the area.
