Three bedrooms: 1 x ground floor king-size with en-suite shower, basin and WC, 1 x first floor king-size, 1 x first floor twin. First floor shower room with shower, basin and WC. Cloakroom with basin and WC. Kitchen/diner. Sitting room with woodburner and (not so) mini bar (chargeable). Utility Room. Outside covered storage area with ground anchor for securing bikes.

Smart TV with Freeview, WiFi, CD Player/Radio with Bluetooth. Fuel, power and basket of logs and starter pack for fire inc. in rent (additional logs available to purchase from the owner). Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, highchair and baby bath available on request. Fully stocked mini bar (available at an additional charge*). Covered bike storage area with ground anchor. Off-road parking for two cars. Enclosed private rear garden with gravel and lawn areas, dining table and further seating area, gas barbecue and hot tub. Two well behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5-10 mins walk. Note: This property has a mini bar available which is chargeable to the owner, details of this will be left in the property. Please note that the person making the booking will be responsible for ensuring that guests do not supply alcohol from the mini bar to underage people during their stay or engage in drunk or disorderly behaviour which is a nuisance to neighbours.

Bere Regis is located in north west Purbeck District between Dorchester and Poole and is a short route to the villages of Moreton and Bovington. The Athelhampton House is just a little drive away on the edge of Puddletown village. The village features St John the Baptist church which has a history dating back 1000 years, tours provided by church members are available between May and September. Next to the Bere Stream, Elder Road Open Space can be found with its riverside boardwalk and bridge.

"We visited Oak Cottage for a 5 day family holiday (3 couples and 2 doggies).From the moment we arrived to welcome goodies for us and the doggies, we really couldn't believe how everything was catered for. We cooked every day and there wasn't 1 item we needed that wasn't there. Exceptionally clean, this beautiful hamlet was a real haven. Beds were the most comfy we've ever slept in. The mini bar was out of this world and very reasonably priced. The hot tub was a very welcome way to end the day and for a group of telly addicts a very welcome distraction. The dog walks are amazing and there are 2 pubs in the village just a short walk away, both serving food with very friendly locals. You're only 30 mins away from the town's of Weymouth, Bournemouth and Poole and just 10 mins from Monkey World which is well worth a visit. Highly recommend a visit and great credit to the owners. Can't wait to visit again!"
