Waulkmill is a wonderful semi-detached cottage situated near the village of Langholm in Dumfries and Galloway. Hosting one mezzanine double bedroom, and a cloakroom, this property can sleep up to two people. Inside you will also find a kitchen, and a lounge/diner with woodburner. To the outside is off road parking, and patio areas with furniture. Resting in a lovely location with surrounding countryside, Waulkmill is a much desired retreat in a peaceful part of Scotland.

Fuel, power and logs for fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 3 cars. Patio areas with furniture. River available for fishing. Three well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 15 minutes drive. Note: Limited head height in bathroom, especially shower which is overlooked by original beams. Note: There is no mobile reception at this property, but there is a landline available. Note: Please note the owner has dogs that live on site. Check in from 3.30pm and 10am check out

The town of Langholm hosts festivals for music, food and arts and the annual Common Riding draws many visitors. Within easy reach is Lockerbie, home to a good selection of bars and shopping facilities, as well as a jazz festival. A short drive from Langholm in the River Esk Valley is the Kagyu Samye Ling, the first Tibetan Buddhist Centre established in the West.
