Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 6 cars. Paved picnic area leading to raised, lawned grounds with picnic table. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops 3 miles, pub 2 miles. Note: There are sloping ceilings in the bedroom. Note: There are 10 steep steps to the first floor and a flight of 20 stairs leading to the raised picnic area.
