Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Ample off road parking. Shared bike storage at rear of property. Enclosed back gravelled garden with barbecue and furniture. Enclosed front courtyard to the front with furniture. One-well behaved pet welcome. Sorry no smoking. Shop and pub 2 miles. Note: There is an enclosed garden and parking area however pets can be exercised on their lead in the parking area to the rear of the property. Note: Maximum of two adults with babes in arms only.
