Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 4 cars. Private garden with lawn, patio, furniture, barbecue, children's play area and fishpond. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 10 mins walk. Note: Fishpond is fenced with net over the top, safe for children

Heacham is a family friendly village on the West Norfolk coastline. Many of the cottages within the village are built from Carstone, which is a feature of this part of Norfolk. There is a good range of shops, restaurants and country pubs. Within walking distance is Caley Hall, and Heacham Hall. This part of Norfolk is renowned for its abundance of birdlife throughout the year, with several local RSPB sites, while within easy driving distance is Pensthorpe Nature Reserve and Gardens.
