Ground floor shower room with shower, basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area (seats 12) with double sofa bed and woodburning stove. Utility. This is a wonderful, Grade III listed stone chapel house renovation in the Ogwen Valley, 2 miles from Bethesda. The property is set back from the main road into the town with four bedrooms, a bathroom with roll-top bath and a ground floor shower room. The bedrooms include a master room with a double bed and a balcony with table and chairs for two, along with two cosy double bedrooms and a room with twin beds. Downstairs is a spacious, open plan living area with comfy seating for nine, a woodburner, a sofa bed, a dining table and a bespoke, hand-crafted oak kitchen. There is also a snug with two single futon beds and a decorative woodburner. Outside is off-road parking for four cars and a garden with a lawn, slate patio and two outdoor seating areas. Fuel, power inc. in rent. Additional fuel for stove available on honesty box basis. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair and Cot available. Off road parking for 4 cars. Garden with lawn and furniture (seats 6). Slate patio with furniture (seats 4) and bench. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1.5 miles. Note: Sloped ceilings and limited head room above beds in both double rooms. Note: Children need to be supervised due to balcony. Note: Although enclosed, there is an open mountain stream in garden, children and dogs to be supervised when outside. Note: Surrounding area is open sheep country, dogs to kept on lead when outside. Note: Guests are required to supply their own logs. Note: There is an additional double sofa bed and two single futons at this property for four extra guests.
