Off-road parking for 1 car. Gravel garden to the front with picnic bench. Shared tennis court and picnic lawn. One well-behaved pet is welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Country pub 2 mins walk, village shop 8 mins walk. Note: Shared laundry facilities in outside utility room. Note: Mobility - there are steps to the cottage.
