Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off road parking. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 3.5 miles. Note: This property has a stream nearby, care must be taken, and children must be accompanied at all times.

Nestled in the rolling farmland of Coldingham Bay, the village of Coldingham itself enjoys great views over the sheltered golden beaches of the Berwickshire coastline. With excellent local surfing and canoeing facilities, the settlement also offers a wide choice of local shops, pubs and restaurants. Only three miles away is the sleepy fishing village of St. Abbs, a picturesque location with a well-known nature reserve, renowned for its large variety of birds and marine life.
