Hadrian's Lodge is a modern property in the village of Brampton in Cumbria. Hosting two bedrooms; one double and one twin, as well as a family bathroom, this retreat can sleep up to four people. Inside, you will also find an open plan sitting and dining area, along with a kitchen. To the outside, is off road parking, a garage, and a lawned garden to the front and rear. Located in a charming setting and close to the town centre, Hadrian's Lodge is a wonderful property in a fabulous part of England. The North West of England has something for every discerning traveller. Whether it is the fabulous sandy beaches of its famous seaside resorts or the historic backdrop of some of the country's oldest cities, it has something for everyone.

Central heating. Oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer, TV with Freeview, selection of books, games and DVDs, WiFi available. Fuel, and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 3 cars. Lawned garden to the front and rear. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Note: Steep stairs to first floor. Note: Double bed is low to the ground. Note: The garage is not for customer use.

"Originally booked this cottage for two weeks. Sensor light broken on arrival. Table lamp exploded. Short circuits in living-kitchen area. Bath-shower rail not screwed into tiles (fell into bath). Electric shower functioned with what seemed an assistance cord, no one knew how it worked. This could have been signalled. Result: poor showers all week with an alternative spray which was sustained by a hairband. The hoover was filled with small stones - had not been emptied previously. No proper towel rail. Cottage could do with a complete refresh. Requested refund for the second week as we no longer wanted to stay. Eventually a part refund was established. Insisting that I should receive the full amount, the company retracted the refund and accused us of damages to the property and closed the issue. Result: My holiday was ruined. My reputation also and I lost my money. Would not recommend to anyone Sykes and Hadrian's lodge. An appalling experience."
