An Edwardian townhouse set in the town of Scarborough near Whitby, it can sleep 12 people in six bedrooms. Over three floors. Six bedrooms: 1 x third floor family room with 3 singles, 2 x second floor king-size double, 1 x third floor twin, 1 x first floor twin, 1 x second floor single. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC on split-level between first and second floor. Shower room with shower, basin and WC on split-level between ground and first floor. Ground floor shower room with large walk in shower, wash basin and WC. Spacious kitchen/diner. First floor sitting room.
The Shop is a townhouse based in the seaside town of Scarborough in North Yorkshire. It has six bedrooms made up of a triple room, two king-size rooms, two twin rooms and a single, there is also a family bathroom and a shower room, the property can sleep twelve people.. Also inside you will find a kitchen/diner and a sitting room. To the outside you will find roadside parking in front of the property and an enclosed courtyard with furniture to the rear. The Shop is a stunning property in a fantastic coastal location. The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.

Travel cot, highchair and stairgate. Roadside parking provided including 3 parking permits for 3 cars. Rear enclosed courtyard with furniture. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5 minute walk.

The seaside town of Scarborough retains many original fine buildings, parks and gardens, as well as its castle. North South Bay provide two beaches. There are many activities and attractions including the Stephen Joseph Theatre, Scarborough Spa and Scarborough Open Air Theatre. Scarborough has golf courses, coastal walks, cycle routes, sailing and championship-quality surfing. Add to this the seaside entertainment and promenades, Scarborough is the destination for everyone.
