Reviews
"On arrival, we could not park on the road to unload the car, due to scaffolding outside the entrance. We then had to make four trips from the car park, which should have been 400 yards away, this was not the case. The cottage was meant to be dog friendly? The dog had to remain downstairs in the kitchen area. There was no back garden or yard to let the dog out for a wee, only a front area shared by other cottages. Inside the property the downstairs floor area was grubby and could have done with a good scrub ! The cooker hob, was old and really needs updating. There was quite a bit off dust around. There was no hot water in the bathroom. The shower had little pressure. The stair gate at the top of the stairs leading to the lounge area, opened the wrong way making this dangerous. The television I felt was too small and would not always work. The sofa was uncomfortable and old. Although the cottage was cosy and warm. Close to the town centre. I felt the photos on the website are very out of date, not a true likeness. Not suitable anyone elderly or people with a dog. I love Mevagissey as a place to visit. I would not recommend this place."
