This wing of a listed farmhouse, just over 2 miles from the famous Helford Village can sleep 5 people in three bedrooms. Over two floors. Three bedrooms: 1 x double and 1 x twin on first floor. Ground floor single with en-suite shower, basin WC. Shower room with shower, basin and WC ground floor bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Kitchen, dining room, sitting room with wood burner.
Withan Farm Wing forms part a listed farmhouse, surrounded by lush green countryside and just over 2 miles from the famous Helford Village. Situated on a working livestock farm and attached to the owners home, it offers very comfortable accommodation with plenty of character. The property sleeps five with three bedrooms, a single on the ground floor and a double and twin bedroom on the first floor. There is a bathroom on the ground floor and a shower room on the first floor. On the ground floor is a large sitting room with wood burner, kitchen and separate dining area, perfect for family meals. Visitors of all ages will enjoy the spacious garden, with its apple trees and sheltered sun terrace for alfresco dining and there is ample parking. Withan Farm Wing is a superb retreat for those looking to enjoy the stunning scenery of the Helford River. Cornwall's visitors are constantly tempted back to the beautiful coastline, tiny fishing villages, hidden coves and the world-class surfing. Whatever the reason, Cornwall has long cemented its place as one of Britain's premier holiday destinations.
