Serenity is a first floor apartment with panoramic views of Praa Sands coastline, found within security gated grounds and stylishly furnished and adorned. There are two bedrooms, one a double with en-suite shower room and TV and the other a twin, and can sleep four adults. The living area is open plan with kitchen, dining area and sitting area as well as a private balcony to enjoy the views. A designated parking space is available as well as parking for visitors. A secure beach store is perfect for storing bikes or body boards. Serenity is perfect for discerning guests who want to explore this beautiful area of Cornwall and appreciate the luxurious surroundings of this contemporary apartment. Cornwall's visitors are constantly tempted back to the beautiful coastline, tiny fishing villages, hidden coves and the world-class surfing. Bed linen, towels, beach towels, adult robes inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available. Designated parking for 1 car plus visitor parking. Lockable bike storage. Sorry no pets and no smoking. Shop, pub and beach 10 mins walk. Note: children need to be supervised on private balcony.

Praa Sands is an excellent surfing and swimming beach. Lifeguarded during the summer months, there is also a surf school offering kayak, surfboard and wetsuit hire. The cafe and bar/restaurant at the western end of the beach is popular, and a stroll to the eastern end will ensure tranquillity. Praa Sands is also home to a nine hole Golf and Country Club, open to non members plus a small post office stores for provisions.
