One x super-king bedroom (zip/link can be twin beds on request) Shower room with shower, basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area and open fire.
The Wagon House is a gorgeous detached barn conversion, set on a rural farmstead surrounded by countryside, 1 mile from the town of Lostwithiel and close to the harbour town of Fowey. Sleeping 2 adults in one bedroom, with separate shower room, the barn has an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and seating area with a wood burning stove. Outside there is a patio equipped with furniture and BBQ and communal lawns to enjoy. There is parking for two cars. The Wagon House is a perfect choice for a couple. Cornwall's visitors are constantly tempted back to the beautiful coastline, tiny fishing villages, hidden coves and the world-class surfing. Whatever the reason, Cornwall has long cemented its place as one of Britain's premier holiday destinations.

Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available. Parking for 2 cars. Patio with furniture and BBQ. Communal gardens. Two well behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile.

"Just perfick!!!!! Absolutely loved everything about this house. In a lovely area surrounded by ponds and woods. Really fitted out to a good standard and very warm and cosy with a fantastic wood burner. Beautiful walks. The owners were fantastic and could not have done more to make our stay so special. On arrival we were greeted with the heating and lighting on, a cream tea & a bottle of wine in the fridge. Thank you so much !!!! Excellent."
