This country barn is in the village of Goonhavern near Perranporth and can sleep five people in three bedrooms. All ground floor. Three bedrooms: 1 x king-size double, 1 x twin, 1 x single. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Shower room with shower, basin and WC. Open plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with electric fire.
Holly Barn is one a small group of holiday cottages on a small farm complex in the village of Goonhavern near Perranporth. The barn can sleep up to five people in three bedrooms that have the use of a separate bathroom and shower room. On one level the open plan living area has a kitchen, dining area and comfortable sitting area, warmed with an electric woodburner-effect fire. Patio doors lead into spacious shared gardens with seating and play equipment for children. There is off road parking for 2 cars. Perfectly placed for actions packed family holidays on the coast, Holly Barn makes a great choice for families and friends. Cornwall's visitors are constantly tempted back to the beautiful coastline, tiny fishing villages, hidden coves and the world-class surfing. Whatever the reason, Cornwall has long cemented its place as one of Britain's premier holiday destinations.

Reviews
"Nice 'cottagy' conversion but essentially a block of 5 flats which the brochure doesn't make clear. Approach is via a rutted track (our car grounded). Decor and furnishings good (double bed rock hard) but misted window units, living room heater u/s and shabby cooker let it down. Not all storage heaters work (portable heaters provided). Major safety concerns - no working smoke alarm (unforgiveable!!!), old electrical fittings (bathroom heater glowing element type), no appliance PAT testing and 4 enormous gas bottles right outside your kitchen window. Sorry Sykes/Cornish Cottage Holidays if you are putting your name to these places you need to regularly inspect and require the owner to observe basic safety requirements."
