Four bedrooms: 1 x ground floor king-size double with en-suite shower room with basin and WC, ground floor single bedroom. First floor super king size bedroom (zip and link to Twin on request) and twin bedroom. Ground floor bathroom with bath, hand-held shower, basin and WC. Kitchen/dining room. Sitting room with wood burner.
Lanesend is a beautifully presented detached dormer bungalow situated on the edge of St Agnes within walking distance of the sandy beaches at Chapel Porth and Trevaunance Cove. The house can sleep six people in four bedrooms offering flexibility. There is a king size bedroom with en-suite shower room on the ground floor plus a single room and family bathroom. The other two bedrooms are on the first floor; a super king size which can be presented as a twin on request plus a twin bedroom and a WC. The sitting room and kitchen diner are lovely family friendly rooms and patio doors open to an enclosed rear garden. There is also off road parking for three cars. A traditional and unspoilt village, St Agnes has unrivalled local facilities, beaches and a welcoming atmosphere making Lanesend a great choice for families. Cornwall's visitors are constantly tempted back to the beautiful coastline, tiny fishing villages, hidden coves and the world-class surfing. Garden with furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Pub and shop within 10 mins walk, beach 1.5 miles.

St Agnes is a thriving picturesque village on the Cornish coast, with four beaches on the doorstep and surrounded by wonderful countryside. Swim or surf in the clear waters, walk the footpaths and bridleways or hop onto the South West Coast Path. Coasteering, kayaking and horse riding are all available locally, and St Agnes has a regular programme of events and gigs for all the family to enjoy.
