Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car. Balcony with seating. Sorry, no pets and smoking. Shop/pub 5 mins walk. Beach 15 mins walk. Note: No children under 5 yrs except babes in arms. Note: May not be suitable for guests with limited mobility. Note: Parking 2m wide, unsuitable for low slung cars. Note: Due to limited turning space in the cul-de-sac we recommend reversing down the narrow road to drive into the parking space.
