Central heating, electric wood burner style fire in sitting room. Electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, washer/tumble dryer and fridge/freezer. TV, WiFi, iPod dock. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Garden is a mix of lawn and decking with steps and over several levels (children need to be supervised). Sorry no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 10 mins walk. Beach 15 min walk. Note: Sleep up to 8 adults.
