This detached cabin is in the village of Trewidland, near Looe, in Cornwall and can sleep 4 people in two bedrooms. All ground floor. Two bedrooms. 1x king size double. 1 x adult bunks. Shower room with shower, basin and WC. Open plan living area with dining and sitting area. Kitchen. Shared use of outdoor pool.
Sam's Cabin sits in an enchanting meadow with superb country views and boasts a wonderful setting for a romantic retreat for two or a family haven. Nestled in the hamlet of Trewidland in the grounds of the owner's country house, it is perfectly placed to explore the Cornish Riviera coast. This brand new Scandinavian style lodge offers fabulous comfort and style including a shared, heated swimming pool. (Cosy Nest, Daisy Lodge, Cider Cottage and Smugglers Cottage are available for bookings too!) Children will enjoy the playground facilities of swings, slide and playhouse with picnic tables for alfresco nibbles and barbecues. Off site, the coastal towns and village resorts of Looe, picturesque Polperro and scenic Fowey are highly recommended destinations. Ramblers can explore the coastal footpath or play a round at Looe Golf Club.Sam's Cabin is elegantly designed with a nautical decor of serene blues and soft greys with whitewashed shutters in the bedrooms and shower room. With accommodation all on one level, the open plan living room is airy yet cosy, comfortably furnished with a plump sofa and armchairs with a selection of bestsellers, DVD's and CD's close at hand. The kitchen is super glossy and well equipped and the dining table is perfect for lazy breakfasts. The bedrooms are sumptuous and chic, dressed with designer bed linens and a hairdryer is provided. Spend sunny days splashing in the pool and warm evenings on the sheltered verandah with table and chairs. Within easy driving distance of glorious Whitsand Bay, colourful Plymouth, The Eden Project, The Lost Gardens of Heligan and the National Trust owned Lanhydrock, Cotehele and Antony House, Sam's Cabin promises to be a memorable experience for all. Cornwall's visitors are constantly tempted back to the beautiful coastline, tiny fishing villages, hidden coves and the world-class surfing.
