Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area, sitting area, patio doors to balcony. Shared outdoor swimming pool.
Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

Please note the swimming pool is only available between May and September.

"A beautiful location. Fantastic views. Lovely walks. We love it here and have visited every year since it was a new apartment complex. However the cost is very high and increases every year by about 60 but the Apartment isn't as cared for or maintained as it should be. It could also be cleaner for sure. "
