This traditional cottage is situated in the village of Porthleven in Cornwall and can sleep two people in one bedroom. Over three floors. First floor king-size double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bath, double walk-in shower and WC. Ground floor Sitting room with wood burning stove. Lower ground floor Kitchen with dining area. WC and store.

Electric and underfloor heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, TV, DVD, iPod dock, WiFi. Fuel, power and first basket of logs inc in rent. Bed linen and towels inc in rent. Roadside parking available in street outside property, or car park 300 yds. Covered storage area at rear. One well behaved pet accepted. Shop 5 mins walk, pub 5 mins walk. Note: Stairs are steep in this property . Note: Regretfully children are not accepted at this property.
