This beautifully presented mid-terrace is set in the heart of the Cornish town of Perranporth and can sleep six people in three bedrooms. Over three floors. Three bedrooms: 1 x first floor king size double, 1 x second floor double with en suite shower, basin and WC, 1 x first floor children's bunks. Bathroom with small bath, shower over, basin and WC. Open-plan living room with kitchen, dining and sitting area and an electric stove.

Comprising three bedrooms over two floors, this property can sleep six people with children's bunks, a king size and a double. There is also a family bathroom and downstairs is an open-plan living room with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an electric stove. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, highchair and stair gate available. Off-road parking for 1 car. Enclosed front and rear garden. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Perrananporth Beach 2 minute walk. Note: Steep stairs to second floor however, there is a handrail to assist. Note: This property sleeps a maximum of 4 adults and 2 children due to one bedroom having child bunk beds. Note: This property has a check in time of 4pm, and check out of 10am
