Overview
This converted barn is set within a group of similar properties in a rural location and sleeps two people in one bedroom. Over two floors with one bedroom: 1 x king-size double with en suite WC and basin. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove.
Kocha is set between several small hamlets between Truro and Perranporth. It has one bedroom sleeping two people, a bathroom and additional en suite WC. The woodburning stove forms the focal point in the open plan living space which is home to the sociable kitchen, dining room and sitting room. Outside to the front there is a shared courtyard BBQ area and to the rear an enclosed paved patio area with hot tub. There is ample off road parking. Kocha is the perfect location for a relaxing break for couples at any time of year.

Perranporth, a beautiful Cornish coastal town, lies in the heart of Poldark Country, the setting for the novels of Winston Graham who lived in Perranporth in the 1930s. Perranporth offers plenty of traditional pubs and shops, plus a classic bucket-and-spade beach that is lifeguarded in summer, overlooked by craggy rocks and a wonderful coastal path.

"Firstly a fantastic location for exploring Cornwall. The cottages were in a quiet place out of the way of heavy tourist parts. We stayed in Kocha which slept two. The cottage was clean, tidy and had everything you could need. This cottage took pets so we brought along our springer spaniel. A little feedback for the cottage, when peeling back your curtains it always felt a little awkward if the adjacent neighbours were out on their patio or in their hot tub. A small suggestion to make things a little more private would be to perhaps nestle the courtyard away with some bamboo screening so to remain private from the neighbours. A fantastic holiday and we will bare the cottages in mind for future bookings. "
"We stayed here for a week whilst visiting Cornwall. I couldn't recommend a more peaceful cottage with everything you could possibly need. Bottle of wine and scones on arrival was the perfect addition. Hot tub is fantastic after a long day walking and seeing the sights. Area is handy for all of the main attractions, yet far enough out to be peaceful and private. Waking up to the cows every morning was fantastic and not something you hear when living in the city! Really took us away from our hectic city lives back home. Thank you for a perfect week!"
