Detached barn conversion near Bylchau, County Conwy, amongst the owner's working farmland, with three bedrooms accommodating up to six people. This wonderful, detached barn conversion is situated near Bylchau in County Conwy, amongst the owner's working farmland at the end of a farm track. There is a double bedroom on the ground floor, along with a second double bedroom and one with twin beds upstairs. In the utility is a shower room with a walk-in shower, and upstairs is a bathroom with a bath and hand-held shower. At the front of the property is a conservatory extension with comfy seating for five, and there is an open plan living area with a kitchen, a breakfast bar and a dining table, along with comfy seating for two in front of Bi-fold doors. The snug has exposed stone walls, wooden beams and a woodburning stove. Outside is off road parking for eight cars, a paved patio with furniture and a raised lawned garden. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, along with beach towels. Highchair. Ample off road parking. Paved patio with furniture and raised lawned garden with children?s play area and furniture (seats 2). Gas BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 3 miles. Note: Driveway is a farm track, not suitable for low suspension vehicles.

Denbigh dates back to the 11th century and boasts the remains of a 13th century castle, perched on a steep hill above the town and commanding some superb views over the surrounding countryside. Denbigh is a busy little town, with a variety of shops and pubs, and a number of events including walking festivals, beer festivals, the Denbigh and Flint Annual Show, the Denbigh Plum Festival, and a monthly People's market. Plenty to see and do at any time of the year!
