Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Playroom with TV.
Cerrig is an uplifting, detached cottage located in the village of Four Mile Bridge, Island of Anglesey. Hosting four bedrooms; one king-size with en-suite, a double, two twin, and a family bathroom, this property can sleep up to eight people. Inside you will also find a cloakroom, and an open plan sitting, kitchen and dining area. To the outside is ample off road parking and a courtyard to the rear. Resting in a delightful location, Cerrig is a refreshing retreat in a heart warming part of Wales. Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

LPG central heating throughout with underfloor heating on ground floor. Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, Nescafe Dolce Gusto coffee machine, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, 3 x TVs with Freeview (one Smart TV and two TV/DVDs), Nintendo Wii, WIFI, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off road parking. Enclosed patio and lawned area to rear with table and chairs. Two well-behaved dogs welcome (downstairs only). Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Trearddur Bay and beach 2 miles. Note: Property can sleep 10 with use of sofa bed on request with owner. Please note - Checking in time is 5pm and check out time is 10am
