The cottage has one double bedroom and one with 2 single, as well as a family bathroom and can sleep four people. The rest of the cottage is made up of an open plan living space with a fitted kitchen, Fridge with ice box, dining area and a sitting area. To the outside of the cottage there is a front lawned area with furniture and off road parking for one car. Set in a tranquil area, Villa No 50 is located around plenty to do for everyone making it the perfect getaway! Off road parking for two cars within large car park 15 yards from property. Front lawned area with furniture and additional shared lawned areas surrounding the property. Games room with pool table, football game, air hockey and table tennis. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 1.5 miles in Camelford town centre. Pub 2 mins walk. 5 minute drive to Bowood Park Golf Course. Note: Local fishing is available 4miles away from the property named Ferndale course fishing. Note: No stag, hen parties or similar.

The market town of Camelford is located close to Cornwall's north coast and is situated for exploring the wild country of Bodmin Moor and the high cliffs, hidden coves, fishing villages and surfing beaches that populate this beautiful area. The nearest beach to Camelford is Trebarwith Strand only around five miles away. Nearby Wadebridge has a shopping centre and the Camel Trail, while Padstow, Rock, Polzeath, Port Isaac, where Doc Martin is filmed and Tintagel can all be reached in less than 20 minutes.
