Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Ample off road parking for 4 cars. Lawn and patio with furniture with children's trampoline and slide. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Local farm shop with cafe 1 mile away, pub 1 min walk. Note: Children to be supervised at all times due to the duck pond.
