Gas central heating. Electric oven and electric induction hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car. Front patio (please note patio is below level of the grass). One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 10 mins walk. Beach 5 mins walk. Please be aware that there are several steps up and down into the property itself , this may make it not suitable for those who are less mobile Parking area is 40 meters away from the property , loading and unloading is possible outside the building for pick up and drop off. Note: Check in 5pm

Newquay boasts three sandy beaches and the National Surf Centre, making it a watersports paradise. For a memorable stay you will want to visit the zoo, sea life centre and of course the selection of restaurants and pubs. For a peaceful stroll, the South West Coast Path passes in both directions along a coastline of high cliffs, hidden coves and yet more beaches. The harbour and fishing village of Padstow is just 14 miles away.
