Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, 3 x TV with Freeview, DVD, Blu-ray player, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. Logburner has a fuel start pack. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate available. Off road parking at rear of property for 1 car and local roadside parking on a 'first come first served' basis. Front and rear decked patio area with furniture and shared lawn. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 10 mins walk. The Herriots bar/restaurant 3 minute walk. Please note: The front of the property is having an Acoustic window to reduce noise.

Well placed for visiting all that the Dales has to offer, the town of Skipton is also close to York, the Lake District and the West Coast. This market town has plenty to offer visitors, and boasts an ancient castle open to the public, an old parish church and a colourful market occupying the cobbled setts on either side of the high street. Visitors can enjoy a canal trip on a traditional barge or visit the Embsay Steam Railway.
